Is there a shipping cost?

A $14.95 flat rate applies to all orders under $150 within Australia. Orders of $150 and more will be shipped free within Australia.

When will my orders be shipped?

We estimate your order will be dispatched within 2 business days, however this may be longer at busier times of the year. We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

How is shipping affected during peak periods?

During holidays, sales, peak seasons and new releases, processing your order may take longer than usual, but rest assured we will process it asap.

How do I track my order?
